Candice Swanepoel for Blumarine Fall 2011
The fall 2011 showing for Blumarine featured a distinct lack of prints–a staple the label has become known for over the past few seasons–and instead featured a more minimal approach with mod inspired silhouettes in one tone hues ranging from stark black to canary yellow. As the show progressed, the garments became more seductive with pieces of lace. The turn to the bedroom seemed fitting, considering Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel made an appearance on the runway with her opening and closing of the show.

 Edita Vilkeviciute and Magdalena Frackowiak
for Blumarine Spring 2011
Enlisting Terry Richardson to shoot a sexy and somewhat even raunchy campaign, Blumarine takes Edita Vilkeviciute and Magdalena Frackowiak on a sizzling night adventure for spring 2011. Wearing the label’s signature animal prints and seventies inspired silhouettes, Edita and Magdalena take the night in the smoldering advertisement

Never a label to shy away from leopard prints or color, the spring 2011 outing from Blumarine includes all the femininity and glam usually expected form the Italian label and more. Setting the tone for the new season, the show opened with Karlie Kloss wearing a leopard number paired with a fringe bag. As the catwalk progressed, tighter and shorter silhouettes made an appearance along with flower adorned shoes for a true seventies inspired collection.
